All orders are processed, packaged and dispatched within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

ORDER TRACKING
If a tracking # is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
PACKAGING AND HANDLING FEES
The fees charged for the packaging and handling of your order is based on the number of products ordered. Fees will be clearly displayed on all invoices.
BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional packaging or handling fees.
